Born in Manchester to Greek Cypriot parents. Moved to London in the 90’s. I grew up with my families’ bespoke gents tailoring business, where I often watched my father layer materials together to make a bespoke made to measure suit to perfection. Learning that hard work, patience, passion, and an eye to detail led to rewarding results.
My earliest memories of where my food passion came from was of traveling to a local farm, where my parents would take along a milk churn to have it filled to the brim with raw milk. This would be the start of the process to make homemade halloumi. It was a fascinating process, to take a liquid and turn it into a solid, curds and whey, Halloumi and Anari.
Teenage years opened a door to the possibilities of going down a creative career path. A local "Art and Foundation" course exposed my to many different creative subjects which led to specializing in photography.
My next course was Mid-Chester college where I took my National Diploma and also met some wonderful life long friends. In my final years of study, I moving to "Blackpool & The Fylde " college where I completed my Higher National Diploma and PQE in photography,
